How It Works at Events

We set up 1–6 paint tents depending on your space and crowd size.

Guests can purchase sessions (or organizers can pre-pay for unlimited access).

Typical sessions last 10-20 minutes per group of 5 guests.

Our team handles setup, staffing, and cleanup so you can focus on your event.

How Pricing Works

  • Event Size & Setup
     Pricing varies based on how many guests you’d like to accommodate and the size of the event space. We can scale from intimate groups to large-scale community events.

  • Host vs. Self-Run

    • Hosted Events: Want a stress-free experience? Our team will run the event for you, guiding guests and keeping everything organized from start to finish.

    • DIY Packages: Prefer to run the event yourself? We’ll supply you with everything you need—tents, paint, canvases, protective gear, and cleanup materials—at one flat rate. You simply take the lead!

  • Customization Options
     Every event is different, and we’re happy to tailor packages to your needs. From tent sizes to guest numbers, we’ll help design the setup that works best for your group.

Important Notes

  • All paint activities are fully contained inside our tents, with tarped floors and walls to keep the mess under control.

  • A designated taped area outside the tent will be provided for cleanup before guests return to the main event space.

  • Safety gear, paint supplies, and cleanup materials are always included.
