Policies & Liability

🔹 Booking & Payment Policies

  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date.

  • Remaining balance is due 14 days before your party.

  • Parties booked within 14 days must be paid in full at booking.

  • If the invoice is not paid within 3 days of the confirmation email, the date will be released to the public.

🔹 Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule once at no charge if done at least 10 days before your event.

  • Additional reschedules may require a fee.

  • Severe weather may require free rescheduling; safety is our priority.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit payment.

🔹 Host Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe, flat setup area.

  • Ensure all guests complete waivers before entering the tent.

  • Provide adult supervision for all children’s parties.

  • Keep food outside the tent.

  • Ensure guests follow all tent rules to protect equipment.

  • Make sure equipment is accessible for pickup at the scheduled time.

🔹 Liability & Damage

  • Guests participate at their own risk.

  • Host is responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment.

  • Any intentional destruction or misuse of equipment will be billed at replacement cost.

  • Paint is washable, but 802 Drip is not liable for clothing, shoes, property, or surrounding areas that may be stained due to guest behavior or not following protective gear guidelines.

🔹 Waivers

  • A waiver must be completed by each participant.

  • Children under 18 may be included on a parent or legal guardian’s waiver.

  • No one may enter the paint tent without a signed waiver.

  • By signing the waiver, guests acknowledge risks and release 802 Drip LLC from liability.

🔹 Safety Policies

  • Protective gear (ponchos, goggles, gloves are supplied) but Goggles must be worn.

  • No running, roughhousing, or unsafe paint use.

  • Tent flaps must remain closed during splatter sessions.

  • 802 Drip reserves the right to stop a session if safety rules are ignored.

🔹 Travel Policy

  • We travel throughout Chittenden County and surrounding areas.

  • Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard radius.

  • Providing access to an outdoor electrical outlet within 45 ft earns a $10 discount.

🔹 Service Disclaimer

  • 802 Drip LLC reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, space is inadequate, or policies are not followed.

  • Set-up and cleanup times vary by party type.

  • Weather, space, or safety issues may require last-minute adjustments.

Liability Insurance

802 Drip LLC carries full liability insurance to protect both our guests and our business during all events.

If your rented venue or event space requires proof of insurance, we can add the location as an additional insured on our policy for the duration of your party. An additional cost will apply, and pricing may vary depending on the venue’s requirements.
